The Scariest Games on Roblox

By Blox Handbook•

The scariest games on Roblox are horror experiences such as Doors, The Mimic, Pressure and Apeirophobia, which rely on dark environments, sudden monster encounters and the need to survive with friends. Roblox horror has grown into one of the platform’s most popular genres.

8 of the scariest Roblox games

  1. Doors: you move through a hotel, room after room, while entities such as Rush and Seek hunt you. Sound cues warn of danger, and ignoring them ends the run.
  2. The Mimic: a story-driven horror game inspired by Japanese folklore, told in chapters, with some of the most detailed environments on Roblox.
  3. Pressure: a deep-sea facility full of creatures, where you hide in lockers and listen for what is coming through the corridors.
  4. Apeirophobia: based on the Backrooms internet legend, it drops you into endless, empty levels where something is following you.
  5. 3008: inspired by the SCP-3008 story of an endless furniture store, you gather supplies by day and survive the store’s employees at night.
  6. Piggy: a chapter-based escape game in which you solve puzzles while a character named Piggy chases you.
  7. The Rake: you survive the night in a forest while a creature called the Rake hunts players in the dark.
  8. Dead Silence: inspired by the horror film of the same name, you explore a house while avoiding a ghost that reacts to noise.

What makes a Roblox horror game scary?
