How to Redeem a Roblox Gift Card

You redeem a Roblox gift card in a web browser at roblox.com/redeem: log in, enter the code, and select Redeem. Gift cards cannot be redeemed in the standard Roblox mobile app or on consoles; the only exception is the Roblox app on Samsung Galaxy phones.

How to redeem a Roblox gift card

1. Open a web browser and go to roblox.com/redeem.
2. Log in to the account that should receive the value.
3. Scratch the card if needed and type the code into the box.
4. Select Redeem.
5. Wait for the success message.

On a phone, use the phone’s browser rather than the Roblox app.

Credit cards and Robux cards

Roblox gift cards come in 2 types:

• Credit cards add real-money credit to your account, which you then spend on Robux or a subscription.
• Robux cards, such as Amazon and Party Packs gift cards, add Robux directly.

How to spend gift card credit

After redeeming a credit card, the page offers to buy Robux or a subscription with it. If the credit is not enough for a full Robux package, a Convert Credit to Robux button turns the remainder into Robux. Credit can only be used in a web browser.

Why is my Roblox gift card code not working?

Most failures come from look-alike characters. Check for these swaps:

• The number 0 and the letter O.
• The number 1 and the letter I.
• The number 5 and the letter S.

Cards bought in another country still work: all Roblox codes can be redeemed worldwide, and the value converts to your local currency. If the code still fails, contact Roblox Support with a photo of both sides of the card and the receipt.
