How to Uninstall Roblox on PC, Mac and Mobile

You uninstall Roblox like any other app: from Settings > Apps on Windows, by moving it to the Trash on a Mac, and by removing the app on phones and tablets. Uninstalling does not delete your account; your Robux, items and games stay on Roblox’s servers.

How to uninstall Roblox on Windows

  1. Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
  2. Find Roblox Player, select the menu next to it, and choose Uninstall.
  3. Repeat for Roblox Studio if you have it.
  4. For a clean reinstall, press Win + R, type %localappdata%, and delete the Roblox folder.

How to uninstall Roblox on Mac

  1. Quit Roblox.
  2. Open Applications in Finder.
  3. Drag Roblox (and RobloxStudio, if installed) to the Trash.
  4. Empty the Trash.

How to uninstall Roblox on iPhone and iPad

Press and hold the Roblox icon, choose Remove App, then Delete App.

How to uninstall Roblox on Android

Press and hold the Roblox icon and choose Uninstall, or open the Play Store, find Roblox, and select Uninstall.

Does uninstalling Roblox delete my account?

No. Uninstalling removes the app from one device only. To remove the account itself, see how to delete a Roblox account.

Reinstalling after a clean uninstall fixes many persistent problems, including error 403 and error 280.
